At Hospitality Disability Network WA (HDNWA), we know that real inclusion begins with informed, confident leadership and empowered teams. That’s why we offer interactive training programs tailored to both managers and frontline staff, focused on building inclusive, welcoming workplaces across the hospitality and tourism sector.

For Managers & Leaders
 

Our “Thrive Together” training equips hospitality leaders with the knowledge and tools to:

  • Understand visible and non-visible disabilities

  • Recognise and address unconscious bias

  • Confidently accommodate diverse needs in the workplace

  • Lead inclusive recruitment, onboarding, and team support practices

Through engaging activities, real-world scenarios, and honest conversations, managers gain practical strategies to create work environments where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

For Frontline Staff

A similar training experience is available for team members, focusing on disability awareness, effective communication, and inclusive service delivery that benefits both staff and guests. We believe in progress over perfection, and we’re here to support your team on this journey toward meaningful inclusion.
