The HDN are pleased to announce Nat Katsaros has been appointed to the role of Employment Development Consultant.
Nat Katsaros completed her Bachelor of Behavioural Science, minoring in Counselling in 2005. After graduating she commenced employment at Workpower – Disability Employment Service and NDIS Provider.
Since then, Nat has worked in various roles within Workpower including training officer and recruitment consultant. However her passion laid within the Disability Employment Service division, this is where she knew she could make a difference. After 4 years as an Employment Consultant where she helped hundreds of people with high levels of disability find and keep a job, Nat was appointed to General Manager.
Within this role Nat found the balance of leading a successful team and liaising with external stakeholders to build strong relationships. She thoroughly enjoys achieving employment outcomes , supporting and mentoring staff and job seekers. Her passion is marketing the benefits of employing people with disability to the wider community.
With 12 years’ experience in the Disability sector Nat is excited to commence her role within the HDN team to continue to break down barriers and advocate for people with disability and mental illness.
